 &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;A livello di Comunità Europea, mentre si inizia a riflettere sugli esiti di questo &lt;a href="http://www.interculturaldialogue2008.eu/"&gt;Anno del Dialogo Interculturale&lt;/a&gt;, si preparano gli strumenti per affrontare le sfide del mondo globale.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;Il 2009 sarà infatti dedicato alla Creatività e all'Innovazione &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;"   &gt;(&lt;i&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.create2009.europa.eu/index_en.html"&gt;European Year of Innovation and Creativity – EYCI&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;/i&gt; con l’obbiettivo primario di accrescere la consapevolezza di quanto questi fattori siano competenze chiave per lo sviluppo personale, sociale ed economico. In un contesto di concorrenza sempre più internazionale e multisettoriale, stimolare lo sviluppo del potenziale creativo e innovativo è un modo concreto per dar forma al futuro dell’Europa.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;color:black;"   &gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;Non si può che essere d’accordo, ci mancherebbe. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;Ma c’è un però! Credo che ci sia vero progresso non solo con &lt;st1:personname productid="la Creatività" st="on"&gt;la Creatività&lt;/st1:personname&gt; e l’Innovazione, ma prima di tutto con la massima attenzione alla produzione di “Utilità”. È soprattutto a quest’ultima e alle esigenze dei loro consumatori che le aziende dovrebbero prestare attenzione quando elaborano nuovi beni e servizi. Che invece non sia così lo dimostra il “tasso di mortalità del cambiamento” cioè l’insuccesso o la morte prematura della gran parte dei nuovi prodotti lanciati ogni anno sul mercato (si arriva quasi al 90%). &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;La maggior parte delle persone non è realmente interessata al nuovo in quanto tale; anzi è spesso disorientata e confusa dalla perdita di punti di riferimento consolidati.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:78%;"  &gt;In realtà, anche storicamente, la maggior parte dei cambiamenti non è in COSA facciamo ma in COME lo facciamo e, spesso, proprio nuove tecniche hanno significato nuova continuità.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Fu l’anno in cui 4 autori visionari pubblicarono su internet il &lt;a href="http://www.cluetrain.com/"&gt;Cluetrain Manifesto&lt;/a&gt; (&lt;a href="http://www.mestierediscrivere.com/testi/Tesi.htm"&gt;qui&lt;/a&gt; tradotto in italiano dal Luisa Carrada).&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;“I mercati sono conversazioni”, ammoniva la prima tesi a significare che, nell’era della web-comunicazione, sono le persone che contano, sono i singoli che dettano le regole del mercato.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Le aziende, se volevano continuare a fare business, erano ammonite: l’unica possibilità di relazione era quella di conversare con gli &lt;i&gt;esseri umani&lt;/i&gt;, non con i &lt;i&gt;segmenti demografici&lt;/i&gt; tipici delle analisi del marketing tradizionale.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;La logica conseguenza era la necessità di rivolgersi a loro con il loro linguaggio, non necessariamente con grandi budget ma, assolutamente, con grandi idee (anche dei piccoli).&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;Da allora, un po’ di tempo è passato e i fatti, in parte, gli hanno dato ragione.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Alcuni manager hanno avuto il coraggio di innovare mentre altri, forse la maggioranza, sono rimasti affezionati a modelli più “tradizionali”.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;In entrambi i casi, come sempre, ci sono stati professionisti capaci e lungimiranti e altri meno abili e più superficiali.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;In questi giorni è uscita quella che considero la “versione italiana aggiornata” del &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana; font-style: normal;"&gt;Cluetrain Manifesto. Sono le “&lt;a href="http://www.simplicissimus.it/"&gt;91 discutibili tesi per un marketing diverso&lt;/a&gt;” pubblicate dal bravo Gianluca Diegoli autore, tra l’altro, di un blog ben fatto e molto seguito, &lt;a href="http://www.minimarketing.it/"&gt;[mini]marketing&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana; font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;Lo stile è quello tipico dell’autore: minimale ma incisivo. Come egli stesso premette, non è l’ennesimo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;manuale di business &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;ma un generatore di dubbi sul marketing e la comunicazione&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;aziendale ai tempi della conversazione globale&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;. Un testo, tra l’altro, che “nasce dal basso” perché in qualche modo è anche frutto delle riflessioni nate nei quattro anni di vita del suo blog.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;Leggo sempre con interesse e curiosità quanto proposto da Gianluca.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Però il suo &lt;i&gt;generatore di dubbi&lt;/i&gt; mi sembra un po’ contraddittorio. L’impressione, infatti, è quella che le ultime 90 tesi servano solo per confermare la fondata certezza della prima:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;" align="center"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;il marketing è morto in quanto sono esaurite le due condizioni che lo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;" align="center"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;nutrivano: primo, che le persone non potessero parlare facilmente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: center;" align="center"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;e direttamente tra loro, secondo, che il canale di trasmissione fosse concentrato, semplice e direttamente controllabile&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;Non sono d’accordo con una visione così drastica. Anzi, proprio per queste due mutate condizioni il marketing è attività aziendale sempre più importante e necessaria. &lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Il fatto che i singoli individui possano comunicare facilmente e direttamente tra loro, congiuntamente alla perdita di concentrazione del canale di comunicazione non è, di per sé, garanzia di qualità e obiettività dell’informazione. &lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Certo è evidente che le mutate condizioni sociali e tecnologiche impongono di adeguare usi e consuetudini pigramente utilizzati. Ma questa regola valeva ben prima della “invenzione” del Marketing.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;Infine, a dimostrazione di quanto sopra, perfino lo stesso Gianluca Diegoli ha creato, presentato e diffuso il suo libro secondo i più recenti dettami della comunicazione “markettara” (che, del resto, ben conosce).&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;Si tratta comunque di una lettura interessante e ricca di spunti.&lt;u1:p&gt;&lt;/u1:p&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
